I won several items. Takes forever to get them. Won a set of pans for a Christmas present on Oct 29,2012. After 3 phone calls, and alot of headache and complaining, still no pans. Finally on Jan 25, 2012 I got a gift card to walmart...This happened not once, but FOUR TIMES. I finally give up on them. Would not recommend at all, although in the end I got everything and a little extra for my troubles.
